Chill blain pain

Hi, anyone out there know a cure for cill blains ? I've got one on my heel, at first it was'nt too bad, just hurting first thing in the morning and wearing off as i walk around. Now its giving me pain for most of the day, its been reocurring for about the last three winters and each time worce than the last. Thanks........

Believe it or not, I suffered with Chilblain's when I was young and what cured me was. Wait for it . "urine" yes that's right, but I can assure you it works. sorry "just stand in it for 5mins"! it really does work
I had them for a winter and they were so painful. You can help by putting your feet in a basin of cold water, then warmer water, back to the cold water etc, that gets the circulation moving. Also, essential oil of black pepper dabbed on really helps take the sting out. If you can start using gingko biloba, do so, this helps with the blood circulation too. Also, if your blood is sticky, it won't move as quickly, and refined carbos and sugar will make it sticky, so make sure you are eating well too. Red socks are meant to help aswell! A rebounder helps, or just skipping, or any exercise in fact! Good luck.
