Just watching the relay live on link

Some little children seem very close to the bus wheels at times, it seems a security nightmare to keep them on the path, have there been any accidents along the way (I do hope not!)

Does anyone know how many security men are in the team running alongside the torch bearers? How often do they change "shifts" - sometimes they seem exhausted, bending over as if they are winded.
