I agree with princerupe. Mad decision. If they felt obliged to stick Murray on Court 1, it should have been in the first week - eg, when he played Davydenko who's never done well at Wimbly. They knew the forecast for this week was bad. Rain may prevent further play on courts other than Centre for the next few days. Who knows? Fed and Djok are already safely through....
they have to be seen to be reasonably unbiased and, let's face it, he is one set, 3-1 and 40 love up, so hopefully not too much exertion........the whole tournament is going to grind on with the forecast weather now for this week.
To win a Grand Slam a true Champion will win come what may. I am afraid Murray is neither worthy or capable of winning a Grand Slam no matter what preferential treatment he may or may not receive.

Murray's match could have been added on to today's Centre schedule which has finished at 8pm. And when he does resume Cilic isn't guaranteed to roll over easily - he may yet win. Wimbledon organisers have made a MASSIVE mistake here.
re comments about Murrray not winning the final even iif he gets there... 1) anything can happen to Djokovic, Federer etc between now and then, either in the fashion Nadal fell, or injury. 2) Murray has beaten both many times before. 3) A Wimbledon final is not like any other occasion. 4) like V Wade in 77, this is a Jubilee year and the British crowd will be even more vocal than ever.
princerupe74 your point 2.....has Murray beaten either of them in a tournament that really matters?.....I mean a Grand Slam not the ten a penny ATP tours etc
em....i think you miss my point....i was asking if Murray had beaten either in any round of a ...Grand Slam.....I did not mean in a final of a GS ..i am aware he has never won a GS and probably never will.
