Not sure what this means though, using existing computer packages.
Just wondered if it can be done on photoshop (I think it's called that) but I've never used it.

It's free, which Photoshop isn't.

Making subjects look older is a matter of knowing what happens to people as they age. Plus a huge amount of guesswork. I doubt that amateurs would have much success but it may be worth a try.
