but I don't fully understand the wordplay. Where does the slug come ino it?

L= Left
Ace=one
Slug = neck as in neck a drink or slug it down
Lace = L
Ace .=One
Soryy L =Left ..not lace :)
a hole in one (in golf) is called an ace
