Greetings each.
Does anyone have any decent suggestions please?
I have been using Pinnacle Studio 10 for ages BUT, whilst it is reasonable for small domestic camcorder stuff, it doesn't like larger files and also doesn't easily keep video and audio in synch!
Windows Movie Maker isn't particularly "user friendly" so I don't use it.
Can anyone recommend a half-decent programme that doesn't cost the earth please?
Be good!
Cheers.

Not sure what you class as "the earth".
I use Cyberlink Power Director. Which is fantastic if you have decent hardware.

WMM is about as easy as it gets
I use Avidemux from Avidemux.org (Google for it) which is FREE and does all I need from it.
As it's FREE there's nothing to lose by trying it?
This is the one I use,it's free & I find it quite satisfactory.

Which was the one that was used for editing some big name movies and was released free to the public a couple of years ago?
