They can help with 80% of problems, 24 hours with a free phone call, seems a good deal.

I suppose it depends on how computer savvy you are. There is a lot of help you can get on here too.

I am hopeless TBH
I cope mostly but if I'm stuck - I call on son or grand son :)
Yes, it's always handy to have a teenager around for some things!
Or a friendly chuck,VHG, or the numerous techy types on AB to give free advice/help for our problems.
Would be wary of the other 20%. Who is to say what this is? Get good advice from Abers. Also have a computer expert son. I am very lucky.
Same as daisy but don't know what currys provide
80% of problems can be answered on here for free (as long as you give the correct details of the problems)

The other 20% they'd probably charge you to wipe the computer and start again whereas we'd keep trying and retain your data.

(I repeat again.... as long as the correct details of the problem are given)
^ He's our IT genie, call chuck's name, and your problems solved - well most of the time.... ;-)
