Why not just give them the money?
Or voucher cards from someonelike Waterstones.....
Perfume or make-up would be good for the 15 year old. There are nice gift sets in Superdrug and Boots and the staff are there to help you choose. I would say most celebrity perfumes are good for that age. Something like Beyonce or Christina Aguilera are nice. Or you have Lacoste Touch of Pink if you don't want a celebrity one. The girls in the shops will help you though. :-)
Because money is thoughtless and boring Mark.

I would think some make-up sets would go down well (if they are allowed them). Claires Accessories is a good bet for girls that age too.
They can be very "picky" at that age. Money is the safer bet and I'm sure they will have fun spending it when things are cheaper after Christmas.
I've given nothing but money for years. No-one's ever complained...
Maybe they know what to expect from you.

To me, money says 'I don't care about you enough to be bothered to think of something you might actually like'.

It also means the whole present simply becomes about the value and if you can afford to give each person £100 good for you but you could get someone something they'd actually love for a fraction. After all, it's the thought that counts isn't it.

Some great ideas there, and yes money is an option. I feel it a touch impersonal. Keep ideas coming !
shamballa bracelets are supposed to be the 'in thing' this year amongst teens, although I have only just seen them and found out what they are called, so they could equally be on their way out, but think they are pretty enough to be around for a while.
have they got ipods if so an itunes voucher goes down well.at least it did with mine
Nail varnish is a good gift, if they are allowed it - you would probably be able to get a set from Boots. Also, I bought a lovely gift set of 6 mini lipglosses by Benefit (expensive make up brand, so extra brownie points) at £ 19.50 - the older one may appreciate the value if she is label concious. Alternatively this age group seem to love the 'onesie' pyjama sets if you have a Primark or similar nearby.
I'd say a voucher for Claire's if you're really stumped.... they all seem to like that shop. (I have 2 nieces around the same age).. or Waterstones.
