If you looked at an halal killing the animal has its throat cut. The heart which acts as a pump will disgorge all the blood in the system until the animal dies.

In the slaughterhouse the animal is killed straight away, the heart stops pumping and although there is a loss of blood not as much as the halal killing.
I can't see that the method of slaughter is going to have a significant effect on how healthy or otherwise the meat is. In any case, I like black pudding.
I wouldn't want to eat halal on the basis of the method of slaughter, that would be my objection.
Rov, all the blood is drained from animals slaughtered regardless of the method.
The red that runs in beef is not blood.
Myoglobin & water.
halal method is cruel.
