I'm busy making marmalade to-day - from fresh Seville oranges. I sell it and give the money to the local Hospice. :)

I have some Seville oranges in freezer. Do you cut them by hand? I really should use them up.

I boil the whole fruit (2lb oranges & 1 lemon) in 4pints water so you could thaw those from your freezer and do it that way.
Then, after removing the pips and tough membranes I chop ( in food processor) to required size.
The whole house smells lovely!
