I'm coming into St Pancras by eurostar and need to get to Liverpool Street. Where do I get a ticket from? Can I get a return to use two days later?

For this journey I would definitely take a cab. You can pick one up right outside St Pancras, and it will drop you off right outside Liverpool Street station where it's a simple matter of taking the escalator down to the actual concourse and picking up your ticket. I'd estimate between £10 and £15.

Blimey!! I suppose it is London but Paris is loads cheaper.
this is one of the most expensive cities on the planet, costs a bomb to breathe let alone do anything..

Mark, would 90 minutes on the Monday be sufficient from Liverpool Street to getting on Eurostar do you think? Using a taxi that is.
Definitely sufficient. At that time, the tube is likely to be running normally so I'd probably not take a taxi for the return journey unless you happen to have lots of luggage.

Thanks. Mark, bearing in mind I have to register on eurostar 30 minutes before it leaves are those 90 minutes still enough?

Em, I want to thank you so much for your information, I'm very grateful.
