The 'Edit preferences' option on the TfL journey planner allows you to select 'step-free access', so that might help, but it doesn't specifically mention lifts:

Otherwise you'll need this map to work out the best route for your requirements:

(The only stations with lifts are those marked by a blue circle filled with green)

Thanks buenchico for that info.
Neither of those stations have lifts (in fact, relatively few Underground stations do).

Tfl's recommendation for full step-free access to complete that journey recommends travelling by bus to Paddington (all Tfl buses have step-free access). From there Hammersmith & City Line to Mile End and from there Central line to Hainault (actully passing through Gants Hill on the way). From there it's a 150 bus back to Gants Hill. This will take you the thick end of two hours (with a bit of luck and a following wind).

How restricted is your mobility? There are some better alternatives which involve a few steps.
