where I might be able to get a User Manual for a Sainsbury's microwave oven + grill Model 687 118? I have noticed other people have asked the same question and the website for User Manuals does not recognise this Model number. Any help appreciated as I did not know under which subject heading to post this.

I don't know if it helps but there is a website called ManualsOnline. If you find it on Google you then just select your make and model of appliance then download a free manual. I know it's not a hard copy in your hand but at least it will cover any questions you have.

TWR. I mistakenly put the wrong number in the subject line. The model is 587 118. I have looked on the Internet under this correct model number and it is not available on the Free Manual download site (Andy) as that was the first place I looked.

Hi, I thought you did, I'll check today & get back to you, but if you want, Google the Info Re/Sainsbury's 587 118, I checked for you last night & did come up with the 587 118 Mod, C U Sometime today.

Thank you all for your suggestions. Firstly Sainsbury's have not even got a manual for this Stainless Steel and black digital microwave oven + grill 17L. Model 587 118. I have been on the phone to Sainsbury's Customer Service and they have searched their system and cannot find it a anywhere. Although it is brand new it is missing the instruction book and the bar code (which would have been on its box) was what Sainsbury needed to track it down apparently. This came from a Charity Shop and can't be used because of its complex programming, digital and with three operating modes.
If you really like a challenge anyone, please see if you can come up with something.

FAO TWR. Did you really manage to track this one down? No there is no Item code on the sticker which is on the back of the machine. It is 700 watt microwave.
