i had a bacon sarnie to start then a hot roast pork roll with stuffing and crackling

got prawns, salmon, avocado, olives and salad for dinner

gammon steaks for dinner tonight (for those of us who have tastebuds) Mr Alba is having a Scotch Pie.

He gets his polyps removed on Monday so that should be fun when he gets his sense of smell back.
