signing-in problems

I'm almost always having trouble signing in at the Answer Bank, which is so frustrating...! I don't have the internet at home, so I usually go to some internetcaf. Of course, many operations are prohibited on these computers, but since the signing-in is sometimes successful, that doesn't seem to be the reason either. I tried to contact the site managers some months ago, but didn't receive any reply. I'm aware that the password and username fields are case sensitive, so that's not it. Any theories? I'm in Sweden, but it is a world wide web, isn't it... Anyway, thanking y'all now in advance, if I don't manage to get back in.

I think it is down to the speed and the quality of their connection as I am not aware of most people at home on broadband having any problems, or have not heard of it.
I think that's probably right, I have trouble at work cos our connection is both lausy and busy. Why don't you email the heavies for an answer?

i may be wrong but i think you may NOT have signed out. i have ended up joining twice because i was frustrated. (question for answerbank next...) is it possible that you are left signed in if you dont sign out?

when i am at home i am one user, when at work another. i cannot sign in with the opposite user names at the opposite computers.

Don't think it can be caused by not signing out because until I read this post I didn't even realise you had to sign out. I've just been closing down by using the little black X in the top right hand corner of my screen!

I have problems signing in too, it often just redirects to the page i was on without signing me in, and will do this repeatedly.

I have broadband both in work at home so i doubt thats the problem

Thanks y'all. In a twisted sort of way it's nice to know I'm not the only one having problems...
