I have a Windows 7 laptop and tend to use Mozilla. I am getting a lot of jamming and stopping and trying to connect, the picture goes pale, it is driving me mad. It also keeps saying it is downloading and is so slow. Can someone help please? Have I got a bug ?

Sorry I dont mean downloading, I think its updating. I'm not at all technical as a lot of you know so anything you tell me, please say it is easy english !! Thanks all.
