A very good morning to you, oh wise and salubrious gentleman. That should get a nice response. Chuck, in my last post a couple of days ago nobody replied, so here goes. Why can I not get any sound from any BBCi programmes but any other stations are OK? When I click onto TV to view a programme it remains on Radio.

Good morning nudgescuffler, thankyou, I am feeling very well at present, having no further pain from sciatica for a fortnight.
Can we keep the chat to CB please.
" nudgescuffler " ?
When you say you don't get sound do you get the video playing? as it's a little confusing that you've said it remains on radio.

I have no idea how `snudgescuffler` got into my post. Is someone spying???
I know this may sound a bit obvious but it sounds like you have that programme muted.
Question Author
Ratters, please explain `muted`

Chuck, all I get is a black screen.

nudgescuffler, I swear I did not add that word, as I`ve never even heard of it before.
:)
Guess the obvious one to try first is totally removing flash player and then reinstalling it...

To remove download and run the flash removal tool

http://download.macro...tall_flash_player.exe

Then restart your computer and go here to reinstall flash.

(untick the macfee scan option before clicking download)

Chuck, I have done as you suggested to no avail, and am still unable to access TV prog`s on BBCi like `Live at the Apollo`. I have contacted the Beeb to tell them, so hope they will put it right for me.
