Are they honestly allowed to be absolutely rubbish at their job, have no common sense and dictate how your company is literally going to go out of business due to their incompetence....?

Answers on a postcard........ because if you send them an email it is rejected as their email box is too full!!!
Leave a message on their voicemail and they will get back to you...... good job they never state how long that will take...

If they worked in the real world they wouldnt last 2 minutes.... but because they have implications on my job, please let me know what I can do...
