I use my glasses wipes (from Vision Express)
A very slightly damp (close-textured) microfibre cloth. Excellent for specs, too. No need for sprays, chemicals etc.
Wet a paper tissue under the cold tap. Squeeze excess water out (it should be wet, but not dripping wet).
Have a soft towel or something (non-fluffy) handy.
Wipe the wet tissue over the screen, then quickly follow up with a rub with the towel (quickly, because if you're a bit slow, you'll get a streaky screen).
...or a damp microfibre cloth!
yeh, damp bogroll should do the trick
This comes up so often! Maybe AB should start a 'Cleaning Things' section.

I use spec cleaner or specialist stuff called SafeClens. There are lots of products around. Don't use sandpaper.
