Not been able to get t'internet for 14 days apart from 30 mins a week ago. I am absolutely Alped out!!n We have been ups so many chuffing alps I feel as if i'm sufferinf from altitude sickness. Currently in St Tropez having done Cannes, Nice Antibes and all. French railways are very interesting in this part of the world they are free!! The local station where we were 5 days ago had no ticket office that we could see. Asked a local he said all trains are free, just get on and get off where you want, no-one checks tickets. We tried it, from nera Antibe we went to Monaco - free and back. wish it was like it back home and they are exactly on time exept for return trip, a man fell over on the platform and driver would not go until paramedics came 20 minhs later, can you imagine that in England? Have had all sorts of excuses for internet not working but such a relief to get on tonight.
