I have been playing games on facebook and other websites then suddenly today its says I need the new version of Flash player which I have downloaded but this is not recognised Tried restore to earlier date still not worked. I am on explorer 9 and windows 7 run Bulldog virus

Uninstall using the flash uninstall tool.

Done that and re booted and still says I need Flash

ActiveX filtering has to be turned off for it to work could you explain please

First of all is it 32bit or 64bit windows?

If it's 64bit then make sure you are using the 32bit version of your browser if it's Internet explorer.

then use the flash uninstall tool in TTGs link above again, restart the computer and then select your OS and browser, download and then install flash from this link...
