pasta, usually works, give them a choice what to mix with it. eg, cheese ,sausages, bacon. mashed potatoes is versatile,
Veg - cauliflower, broccolli carrot, peas, green beans (any veg like this), boiled, some cut into strips bacon grilled, all put into a dish with cheese sauce over the top and grilled for a couple of minutes.... very tasty and you can cut the veg very small to stop the "I don't like veg" cry! It;s delicious for adults let alone children.

lol anything without cheese? i love it but she hates it, it actually makes her sick! weird child lol x
No need to add the cheese sauce to mine, you could use a BBQ sauce or plain white sauce....anything like that.
Just be careful that the bacon isn't salty.

Chicken is popular with children, (not in breadcrumbs) fish (again, not in breadcrumbs) creamed (mashed) veg, rice, pasta/noodles, scrambled egg, boiled eggs, omlette, mince, (good quality, obviously) jacket potatoes with cheese baked beans (try getting the low salt/sugar variety)
try mozzarella or mascarpone, doesn't taste like cheese but will add a creamy taste and give the necessary calcium for healthy teeth and bones
i make mine homemade cheeseburgers occasionally, with potato wedges (instead of chips)
how about building a pizza... small base and lots of toppings instead of cheese a small pot of white sauce to dribble over the tomatoes..etc have you tried goats milk cheese it is possible its just cows milk thats the problem or one of the dairy free cheese substitutes
pasta, no cheese, dod of butter and something like broccoli and peas. I had one who loved that - with black olives and chilis in there!!! All tastes I guess..,..
Mince, cooked in stock with onions, mushrooms cut fine, add gravy granules. Use with pasta. cooking frozen peas with the pasta. Drain the pasta and mix in. You can add tomatoe puree for a basic bolognese-ish sauce, a half tsp of curry, a tsp on smoked paprika and a tabsp on soured cream and you have goulash (although I would tend to serve the curry with rice, the goulash with mashed potatoe. I find it is better to buy slightly fatty mince and skim the fat off before adding the pasta.
Home made tuna fish cakes (but get the tuna when it's on offer as it's so flipping expensive), chicken, noodles and vegetables.
I used to make a small mound of mashed potatoe shaped like a volcano - put some tomato ketchup in it like lava and then serve with dippers of strips of grilled chicken, or bits of sausage etc and surrounded by a green sea of peas - my two loved it - one of them wouldnt eat cheese or tomatoes (except Ketchup) and the other wouldnt touch anything with a gravy - I am so glad they do their own cooking now !
Try nothing but gruel for a few weeks - the fussiness will soon go.
