Have totally got a 'got out bed on the wrong side' bad mood on me today - anyone have any tips on how to shake it (I fancy a really explosive argument with someone but there isn't anyone around that I don't like).

lol!
Please appreciate everyday. Someone i know lost their Mother, Son and Husband all in a year. That's a reason to get up in a bad mood.

She lost her mother to cancer, husband to Motor Neutones Disease and her son in a car accident :-(

Puts things into perspective.

Also, my other aquaintance lost her son to meningitis at 11 months :-( So sad.
**Neurones** My grammar sucks
I woke up in an OK mood, but now I am just bored and lonely :-(

My OH is at a conference in Coventry and wont be back til later this evening. I hate him being at the office all day anyway, let alone being out later in the evening too!
I'm feeling a bit like that now Sherrardk... I was ok this morning but it's just been one thing after another today and I think I offically give up, they're going to have to clone me to get this lot done.

And I've not even got a social worker I can shout at... <sigh>
No offence to Yellownana here, I was thinking about this earlier and you just happened to be the one that said it but I don't really like it when people say, "put things into perspective" and give a list of other terrible things we should think of. Of course, those things you mention are simply awful for those involved but we all have our own problems and however little or big they may be in the grand scheme of things they are our problems and highly significant to us. Plus, it's hard to appreciate something like a your friend is going through if you have no involvement or experience of it yourself.

Anywho - I'm always in a grump. I have more moody days then good mood days and this has now become the thing my bf sings at me when I've got a cob on. Sometimes it works, sometimes I want to lamp him. :o)
