It will get worse quickly.
You need to know where the blow is .. and if it is because of corrosion (which it usually is) which part you need replacing (or all of the system)
If it's a small hole you can get some special tape to cover the hole. Don't try sellotape!
Supply and fit would be approx £120-£150
what year and model is it Rhoda?
t's a 1.2 Active.
Can you look on internet for me, TV .. because I'm too lazy today?
Rhoda - you need to run it into an exhaust fitter to see what is "blowing" - probably the rear box - don't leave it to long as will eventually cause more damage.
Albags - not enough info to do a search - Why you feeling lazy?
.... and for the un-rich people ... A system for that car on eBay for around 50 quid.
gsr - the link you gave, gives a quote for 1.9 deisel - is that the same system used on the 1.2 active?
scroll down the page & it lists others - doh
There is no point in trying to repair an exhaust with fancy tape or gum.

In my experience it doesn't work for long and is just an additional expense.

Whatever you do, don't take it to Kwik Fit. They will take you for a ride.
