Well, in this category anyway,
My SKY TV control thingy has gone a bit "wally" - some of the buttons have stopped working - namely the main one (to search for channel options) do I have to pay for a new one, or is it part of the rental of the system do you think ?
(& has anybody else had the same problem ?)

Buy a new one, they only cost £10 at Asda or slightly more at Argos.
