What is the best thing to take to help with sinus problems?

She doesn't feel poorly at all but has a bit of a bunged up nose...and deafness (like being on an airplane before they pop)

This is following a mild cold. The cold has cleared up except for slightly bunged nose and the ear problem, which only came on yesterday. (The cold cleared a week ago)

Yes really, but this would be if you suffered from the excruiating headaches and problem s that real sinusitis can give you. She told me never to neglect it. Sqad could tell you more, but I don't think 'she' has anything at all to worry about.
