I have been sent an Email telling me my security is due for renewal and they can't do it automatically because they only have outdated card informaton. My card changed type ( Maestro to Visa) in October and I have put in this information, plus the new expiry date, but when I put in the last 4 numbers across the front - which I assume is my card number bit they want- it keeps coming up in red as invalid credit card number. ot refuses to alow me to update. Any suggestions please? ( Before I am overrun with viruses!!)

Thanks boxtops. The space has 12* and the last 4 numbers of my previous card - or so i assumed after 12 asterisks-! but will try the back number.

Many thanks to everyone. You have discovered I am quite clueless! I did ring that number but got tired of holding on, Shall have to try again when got more time,I suppose. I have sent an Email back to Norton explaining the problem, but am not holding my breath for a reply.(Though I did ask if it would be easier for me to go for a different product!) Have to go off site soon, but will look later to see what other brainwaves have emerged. Cheers!!
You log into your Norton Account online, and change it .. or send an email requesting assistance. They have a pretty good system set up now.

Thanks AlBags. Something else to try - but they don't seem very good at responding to phone calls and Emails.
