4 eggs a day...isn't okay??

Hi... I don't have high cholesterol.. so is it okay for me to eat 4 eggs per day or is it still harmful?

Very little of the cholesterol in your blood comes from what you eat, most is manufactured by your body.

I read in the paper the other day that the cholesterol content of eggs has fallen in the last few years. This is because they have stopped feeding the chickens with bonemeal, after the BSE scare.

Go ahead and eat the eggs!
I'm being treated for high cholesterol at the moment and was told that the egg thing was complete rubbish as the problem is cholesterol made in your body, not the tiny amount found in food like eggs. The fat in the cream eggs is sadly another matter....
