I doubt it, though some of the markings might be illegible there are obviously enough clear other wise you would not know it was a disabled parking bay
If you are a disabled badge holder and it was on display and you were not over your time limit yes you can dispute it, but if niether is the case you should be fined and your licence endorsed for parking there in the first place whether or not the markings are there as there is usually a plate on a post as well.
What makes you think it was a disabled space .............................................
..Guilty.
in need of painting but obviously still recognisable as a disabled space.
I am disabled and you people make me %&+!$£ to put it nicely.
My mother used to carry some stickers which said "you have my space, would you like my disability?"
I carry those too boxtops. Mind you as I am now nearly housebound my oh doesn't need to park in the disabled bays and I have let my blue badge expire.
What a good idea, I`m going to print off some myself.
Carlton, you have to be careful they are not sticky-backed, she got into trouble for gumming it to someone's windscreen --- but poked until the wipers will do.
^ under the wipers
But don't let the b******s catch you doing it, dangerous practice. Ron.
