Hi! Being as Quorn hasn't ANY meat in it, would it be safe to re-freeze it do you think?

If you've cooked it, it's not 're-freezing', so yes.
I wouldn't re-freeze something I had thawed and not cooked.

That was such a quick answer Naznomad! No, I hadn't cooked it, I was defrosting my freezer and consequently the quorn defrosted. So what do you think? Shall I re-freeze them or count my losses?!
I can remember when The Quorn always included meat - albeit a little bushy tailed ☺
The naming of this food has always bemused me.
perhaps you could make something with it and then freeze it.
I wouldn't refreeze anything that was previously frozen and thawed (except water)

Cook a chilli and freeze that.

OK. So any suggestions what I can make with these fillet Quorn steaks?
I rather like treating them like doner kebabs,as in chopping up and put in a warm pitta with some sauce and salad. They are quite hot actually with all the pepper (if those are the ones you mean) but I have also just had them on their own with pots and gravy,I am in the middle of making a quorn shepherds pie, yum.
On the Quorn website, it says you can store any leftovers for 24 hours-in the fridge.
