i live in a flat which was a house but has been converted, the garden has been split accordingly but i am unhappy with the fence as it is very low, and as the property is semi detached i dont think its suitable security wise. as i dont know who the fence belongs to i dont know if i can change it and wanted to just put up my own fence inside of it, does anyone know if i can do this or not???

If you own the property and the fence is going to be erected on your side you shouldn't have a problem. We have done this in the past. We were having problems with neighbours one side and it went through solitors and this is what he suggested we did.
