Which food do you hate preparing?

I am cooking up a vat of vindaloo and have to peel two bulbs of garlic. I hate peeling garlic, what do you hate cooking/preparing?

run the cold tap when you chop the onions, takes away the smell/tears.

I dislike ripe bananas, but I cook green bananas. They are not very easy to peel and they stain the hands with a sticky, brown stuff which comes from the banana peel.
