Yes Lottie, I like Alan very much...I'll let you shine a light into Andy's eyes & make him say what the problem is :o)
It's probably been said already, I've not read it all, but I can't see the point of DOND. It's just guesswork, there is no deduction!
yeah LL, youre right, ol alan def has something doesnt he,
and i wouldnt say its particularly good looks or owt, its just his him, his overall presence,
and like you say hes not vain either - nice to see hes still got his own not so perfect teeth, and not the pearly white choppers they all seem to have now..
:LoftyLottie - you have a lot of opinions on a programme you NEVER watch according to you. And I'm just left wondering whether all the posters who think the contestants are just plain greedy - do any of you have premium bonds? Or buy lottery tickets? Just a thought!
What opinions. I just said I didn't like it after I watched it a couple of times. I do have opinions on Noel Edmunds though. Read through this again and tell me what remarks I have made about the show except that I found it boring. You have to watch something initially to find out that you don't like it!!
Jayne, If you boobed there like I did yesterday when I didn't know the difference between Coronation Street and Eastenders it would make me feel so much better. :o))

Actually, I have watched Deal or No Deal - no skill required except a penchant to become easily over-excited and an ability to scream very loudly.

I gave up watching that years ago for the same reason I eventually stopped watching all those programmes. They all consist of is a simple and basic formula with the only difference being that day's/weeks' participants. It's the same old thing every time and the list is endless - Fifteen to One, Blockbusters, Flog It, Cash in the Attic, Wheel of Fortune, Judge Judy, house, car and garden makeovers - and on and on.....

All those programmes are fine when you first see them but I think anyone with any kind of activity in their brain soon gets bored.
Steady on Andyvon!
How can you possibly lump William G Stewart in with that other dross! The man is a polymath ! 15 to 1 also revealed others! Daphne is my favouriite!
True Stadion! Substitute Anne Robinson then!
Now if you want a real quiz where you can play along and see how many questions you get right you have "The Chase" ITV 5.00pm and then "Eggheads" BBC-2 6.00pm each weekday evening. Both these shows keep your brain active and you can play along.
Yes, I agree about Eggheads Malcy. It's not bad at all. Those programmes are far and few between though.
If it IS ending I can't say I am surprised.
According to Wikipedia,in all the time Deal or No Deal has been on TV (since 2005),only TWO people have won the top(£250,000) prize!
as follows:~
Laura Pearce January 7, 2007
Alice Munday March 12, 2009
It isn't ending. It has only just been extended to an hour. The Original Poster said Ot is about time it ended. No talk of it actually ending. These forums show how easy it is for people to get the wrong end of the stick bu running with an incorrect thought and everyone else following on to that like sheep. Chinese whispers!
What a shame,I was hoping the god awful Noel Edmonds would be cast out into the talentless void that he so rightly deserves to be in.
