Hi

Anyone had problems with sites that disappear off the internet when you have ordered I don't want to say too much at the moment. I believe UGG boots and now The North Face have been targeted according to my bank.

But if anyone has any advice on how to deal with his after they have sold counterfiet goods I would be very grateful.

Thanks Cherry

If you paid by credit card, you could try and get it back via your credit card company.

Really, if it looks too good to be true (ie goods for sale at a fraction of the usual price) it usually is!
what sites did you buy from?
It seems that the 'horse has already bolted' cherry, but:
Always check the contact details and avoid any site that only gives an email address or a mobile or 08 number.
Write down the address and landline number.
Before you input your details check that it is a secure site.
And I often just 'google' the name and see what comes up. Often if lots of people have had problems with the site you will get postings coming up about it.
