What's the story about the cats? Did you call the cat rescue centre, and have you decided on who is coming home with you? :-)

I'm not having much luck actually, the lady I went to see in Blackpool last night who is fostering the cat i would like has not emailed me back yet. I'm waiting to hear when I can go and look at the cats in the actual rescue place. That first place with the website I looked at Thursday night has not been in touch at all.
I'll wait now until Monday, the cat I have said I will take only had her op early this last week and so she's not ready to move yet,.

I have never had any dealings with cat rescue places or cat charity places but I know people who have. The thing what gets me is that they advertise all over the place about the high numbers of cats that need re homeing but when people show an interest and contact them they are very slow at responding,

I'm sure that I will be able to definately have the calico cat I saw last night, but just not heard about when I can go and see the others. I'm hoping Tuesday.

A cat (or any pet animal) would be very lucky to be in your care.

Well the year I've had with my 3 i wouldn;t be so sure! They've all gone within a short time, but focusing on getting 2 cats is helping me and so I;m selfish really,

It's far easier to introduce 2 new cats together at the same time, they haven't established territory so they will probably be buddies from the start.

that's what the lady said last night, which is fine, i can get 2 cat transporters, just waiting now to hear when I can go and look.

I've never actually owned one I had to borrow one to bring Ton here a couple of years ago puss, and yes if we can sort that it would be a help. Thanks

Puss, is your avatar a picture of the grand baby Doc posted a couple week ago? If so the baby has grown a lot since. Very adorable baby.

I remember my grandmother using cardboard boxes she would get from the grocery to transport the cat whenever there was need to.

Aww no society, it's not docs new baby grandson. I was feeling a bit fed up so I Googled Images of......fed up.... saw this baby and just thought it was funny, exactly how I felt at the time, I just like the picture...so cute.
