but hey, my wall is 16ft long by 8 feet high, how much wallpaper would i need or are rolls of wallpaper not a standard length? Thi is probably my most uninteresting thread out of around 12000, many of which have probably now been deleted. My first ab id was at 25,000 replies when it was imposterered and thus deleted but hey it came back when they did an upgrade.

I'd say 3 rolls - you might get away with 2 but thats a big match - if you alternate the strips from the rolls there should be less waste
Question Author
yes but at least they came back, the imposterer didn't lol
Question Author
actually that's the second one not the first
Question Author
i was thinking it would be about 3 annie, thanks
Ask your next door neighbour...
I asked mine, he said 5 rolls, when I saw him nsxt I told him I had 2 rolls over,
He said "So did I"

Buy too many, paper the walls promptly, then take back any unused rolls for a refund.

Simples.

yes it's a good idea there marty, it's paper from B & M actually, half the price of B & Q and a heck of a lot more choice in there too, amazing range in their superstore in preston
Never heard of B & M. Is it related to S & M?

Check they will refund on unused rolls before following my suggestion.
The major DIY retailers will, but if B & M is the Ryanair of that industry you could have a problem.
One thing to take into account is the pattern.
You can loss up to 15"- 20" per strip if it's a big pattern.
Dotty, what has happened to Garth? Actually it looked a lot like Derren Brown if I say so myself! Would you like a wee record played on Mamya's thread, which i've left to come here?
