China, Japan, Indonesia, Alaska (USA), Turkey, parts of the Eastern former Soviet Union.....

Every year, there are around 850,000 recorded seismic events. This means detectable to instruments and not necessarily felt by humans (let alone causing damage).

It requires a magnitude of around 3.5 (Richter) or upwards for an earthquake to be 'felt', and many thousands of detected events are below this magnitude.

So, to really answer the question, you would firstly have to qualify events above a certain magnitude.

That said, the expected answer would probably be Japan, which does experience a large number of 'tremors'  every year. (I don't have a figure to hand as to how many.)

However, it must be borne in mind that Japan also has one of, if not the most comprehensive country-wide seismic monitoring programmes in the world, so it is hardly surprising then, that more events are detected.

I believe the only area that is more intensively monitored is the San Andreas Fault Zone in the US.
