Hey ! I go to crown court on the 1st of nov for a plea case managment hearing. Was wondering how long after that will trail start. There are no witnesses other than myself and husband. How much longer will this go on ? Thanks

it's really just a matter of when they can book it in, bearing in mind the witnesses, how much time it will take to hear the case and court availability. committal papers will need to be served (if not already) and I would *guess* 6-8 weeks from the PCMH.
