We have a tv and sky box (an old one) in our lounge. If we buy another tv for the kitchen is there any way we can connect to sky. We live in a cold area and want to decamp to the warm kitchen for the winter!

Assuming you don't want to shift your existing box to the kitchen and do not want to put another box in the kitchen, you can simply run a length of co-ax from the existing installation to the TV in the kitchen. Obviously, the kitchen TV will show the same channel as is being viewed (or not) on the original television.
Yes.

There are two aerial outputs on the back of a sky box, you simply run a length of TV aerial coax cable from the box to the location of the new TV.

You can also get sky magic eyes that will enable you to control the sky box (switch channels etc) from the kitchen.
