athough its 9 calories per mini flumps but is it really fat free as it says on the packet???

(flumps ae marshmallows btw)

It's the same with meringues, they don't contain fat ie butter or lard BUT and it's a big BUT, both contain a lot of sugar. If you don't use the energy from the sugar up very soon after consuming it, it then gets turned into fat and stored as fat in your body.

My understanding of a marsh mallow is protein (gelatin) and carbohydrate (sugar) so YES, Fat Free.

Exactly as molly has said - Fat free but if you don't use the energy then it turns to fat - most sweeties are fat free!
