Hi,

I don't know which section to put this in so am trying this one to start with. If you know a better section please let me know.

I am looking to hire or buy some cool boxes (to keep food cool) but have no idea where to start looking.

I have been on the net on catering hire with no luck and to buy polystirene cool boxes is SO expencive it is hardly worth it. It is only for 1 day.

Any ideas on search criteria would be a great help.

Thanks

I'd be very surprised if there was much need for hiring cool boxes. maybe you could look at hiring a refrigerated van?

(I fear a punchline........ )
hi cassa, i presume this is still re chessington? Have you thought about asking people to bring their own packed lunches, and perhaps leaving 1/2 an hour earlier - you would be home by 6:30 and people could make their own tea at home.
Or, what about eating at chessington but all seperately whenever people feel like it?

or, with 200 people going, i'm sure some of them will have coolboxes and ice?
Couple of big eskys and a lot of ice?
Booker (wholesalers) use large 'cool' polythene bags for frozen food purchases.....contact/purchase from them.

Thank you for all your replies.

I have tried to find the cool boxes or cool bags on bookers but just can't find them.

This internet thing was suppose to revolutionise the way we did business or shopping. For me it is a right pain in the whatsit. I can never find what I am looking for.

My 88yr old nan who can't even remember her own name could probably do better than me on this bl.00dy thing.
phone/email Bookers, they give the bags to customers for purchases.
Hi - I found this - but no prices! http://www.garden-par...k/info.php?p=21&pno=0
