NO i'm not answering it and i know this!!!!!! not until you at least have the decency to respond to all the other good answerbankers who tried to respond to your last question about "originally 8 now 120 facts" in another section.

sorry sft42 but up until today i have not been able to use this site due to computer problems
Agree with sft42. Just been to that Q.jacdav - no answer yet. All you did was wind people up. Quoth the Raven..
What is the point of answering a question with: I know the answer but I am not going to tell you (for whatever reason)? I thought the reason for this site was to share information with everyone not just the questioner, otherwise we would privately email the answers.
I'm with sft42 on this; I'd be interested to know the answer, but not so much that I'd pander to some tw@t who asks questions to which they know the answers.
Anyone who can ask a question as precise as "in 1999 what did 2.1 million americans do 2 times a week?" must surely know the answer otherwise how could they ask the question. So, jacdav, assuming your computer is working, why did you bother?

to those people who showed there imaturity in thier responses - i do not know the answer to the 2 questions that i submitted - that is why i submitted them These questions were set to me as general knowledge questions in a competition. So much for friendly advise- i was under the understanding that this site was used for asking the public if they had any ideas to a question - not for slanging matches between strangers
Yet another quiz question, then. Why not try using a search engine, the results will probably be more reliable
jacdav there's no need to get upset. If you had said that these were questions you had been asked then you might not have received so many "aggresive" answers. By the way, please invest in a dictionary.
Hang on, who said we're only supposed to ask questions that we don't know the answer to?? I think the site is more flexible than that.

Most of the questions I ask I genuinely don't know the answer to or I'm interested in other peoples' answers/opinions and I'm sure that's how most people view the site.

But I do occasionally ask questions to which I know the answer just because I think they might be interesting to other people, a sort of passing on of information to those that might not know it quiz question type thingy.

seems i do not need to invest in a dictionary - as i am dealing with such childish responses, i may as well respond in a child like way
jacdav - sorry you got so many answers you weren't looking for. I hope you appreciate that most postings were made in good faith.

As for some of the others, let me paraphrase gazzawazza, who writes "who said we're only supposed to ask questions that we don't know the answer to??" I think the answer is rather to restrict yourself to answering questions that you do know the answer to...!
