i have a memory stick with a lot of info on it
now when i click the shortcut
i get this
make sure the disc is properly in
done that
make sure that the network source is available
do not understand that
help please

Is the memory stick continuously in the same usb port or do you keep removing stick?

If you have more than 1 usb port that you use frequently then you have to use same usb port each time you insert stick for shortcut to work.

Have you been 'ejecting' it before removing, or clicking the "safely remove hardware" icon on your taskbar? If not - you may have corrupted it. Try opening it on someone else's machine.
