good day AB'ers....looking for a frying pan....

like the type that Gordon Ramsay used in his "tutorial" (as i call them) videos from the F Word....other than perhaps a good quality restaurant supply shop, where might i find such a pan (they look perfect especially for doing a flambe then straight into a 200 degree oven)

not sure what Gordo uses but I have Meyer Circulon Infinite which costs an arm and a leg and is quite heavy but brilliant. I am a pan killer and haven't managed to even damage them yet let alone destroy.
