Can anyone recommend a cheap way of buying a new car?  For example, I've heard of people shipping cars over from Ireland for much cheaper than you can buy them in the UK.

I would say the cheapest way is to wait until someone else has owned it for a year and then you can buy it at auction for half price, in most cases!

Looseheads right the depreciation on a new car really is diabolical.

But if it has to be a new car there are now a whole load of companies that specialise in importing Right hand drive cars from abroad - Holland is popular.
