We have all heard the of the benefits that immigration brings to this country:
Enriches our country with the diverse cultures and traditions????????
Helping to replace our ageing population etc, etc.???????
This is the downside it is destroying our infrastructure, we are full up we cannot take anymore, or at least some areas of Britain can't.
Take a look at that photo of the Czech Republic family (minus the male) they have 7 children at the moment, just how much family alone is costing the country?
Even they are complaining that the eldest son has to go to a school 5 miles away because the nearest ones are full.

My wife and I moved to NZ 6 years ago.
we had to both have qualifications that were on a skills shortage list, we had to have medical certificates to prove we are healthy including chest x-rays, we had to have criminal record clearance, and we had to prove we could speak English ( a letter from our first employer confirming we worked in an English speaking environment).

So you are happy about people coming over here and STEALING our hard earned taxes are you? (or maybe you dont pay taxes so dont care).
There are some cities where the population is now almost 50% immigrants (Leicester, Birmingham etc).
Some schools in those cities are now 100% immigrant, not a white face to be seen.
I live around Birmingham and every day our local paper is full of crimes committed by blacks or Asians - shootings, stabbings, drug gangs etc.
In our area unemployment amongst some immigrant groups (like Bangladehsi) is over 20%.
They done insure there cars or buy road tax, they park on the pavement (or anywhere they like), then move into a street and in a short time all the whites move out and the street is full of Asians and becomes a slum.
People who dont live near immigrant ghettos have no idea what it is like.
A relative came down from Scotland recently and went with me up to central Birmingham. They walked round with their jaw open the whole time, they thought they had moved to Calcutta or Iraq.
It is AWFUL what mass immigration has done to parts of this country.
THATS why those of us affected by it are so fed up with it.

Most of the people whose blood gets stirred by these issues (regardless of what newspaper they read) are not xenophobic, Canary. That is they do not hate foreigners per se. What they do not like is the resources, which they are told are expensive and scarce and will become increasingly so, (benefits, social housing, state education, state health services, etc.) being used for the benefit of people who have just arrived. Many people settled here are hard working and see more than 50% of their income taken from them to fund these resources. By contrast, many of the new arrivals have no visible means of support, have made no contribution to the Exchequer and are unlikely ever to do so.
Visit any large council estate in any city and see how many of the occupants are incomers living off the taxpayer.
That is what people hate to see.

Yes but a goodly proportion of them are not immigrants - they were born here. And their parents too no doubt.

One district that I know of, was once inhabited by professionals, solicitors, doctors etc.They lived in large Victorian & Edwardian houses.
Then the immigrants started to pour in and very soon bought up some of these houses, and multi-occupied them, and soon the original house owners sold up and moved out.
The whole area is now a little India, and has become very run down, so much so that the council have taken measures to improve this area.
First the immigrant owner/occupiers had a choice either to have a nice low wall built in the front of their house, or they could have a free standing for their cars provided. This wasn't just tarmac or concrete but block paved, all at the council's cost.
The next scheme the council paid for to smarten the houses up was to have new roofs, doors and windows fitted. Yes these owners are now laughing all the way to the bank. Is it any wonder that the indigenous population are getting a we p1ssed off.

Tell you what the benefits of immigration is - it's keeping the elderly cared for as home helps and nurses and doctors because after a certain age they can forget their families giving a toss.
How many elderly people die in this country because they can't afford to heat their flats, and how many are taken in by their families?

just wondered how you know because the estate near me is about 85 % white but they are not English. All the empty houses have been done up and filled with people from all over.There are a lot of polish people plus people from other exotic countries.
In fact at the bus stop the other day i was the only English person who got on the bus.
