Got some the other day but OH is refusing to eat it.

Here comes another version - if you feel like trying it out...
After washing, lay the liver slices in Buttermilk for a couple hours (that takes the sometimes a bit strong aroma out).
Dry and coat thinly in flour. Fry in not too hot butter with...
2 apples, thin sliced, 2 onions, thin sliced (amount for 2 people).
Indulge wiith home-made mushed potatoes and salads.
With that version I got a few people to enjoy liver, that disliked it before.

He actually really liked it. I just coated it in flour and fried in butter. I'll do something more adventurous next time...

I actually brought it for the cat Naomi.....couldn't be bothered to go to the supermarket so cooked it for us :-)
