I have a new type of headache an AB Headache. The only remedy is to log off. :o(

As the cleaner is on holiday I'm actually contemplating doing some housework :-(

oh ive had them before.
sometimes its best just to walk away for half an hour, get some fresh air and then return. Try and avoid the pages that brought the headache on.

It's actually caused by frustration!! But fresh air would be a good idea.
