If you are Scottish or from a country in the EU and go to a Scottish University......the Scottish Government pay your fees.

Now, if your are English and your parent´s income is above £20,029 you have to pay towards the University fee.

Just found out.

Does the English tax payer contribute to the above?

well indirectly the Scottish tax payer is subsidizing the British government mike so it evens its self out
Hospital parking is free as well in Scotland!

I dont know what you want me to add Sqad sorry.Ive answered the question by providing a helpful link suggested a solution and wished everyone well.
I can only add that the tax which I pay goes into the Westminster melting pot for them to divvy out.

krapper....let me put it this way.....do you "jocks" know, that through your taxes, you are providing free University Education for students from other EU countries.
