Can't see the video...

I've been sent an AVI video via email, but when I download it I can only hear sound and can't see the picture. Can I fix this?

sounds like you are missing a codec.if it doesnt tell you which codecs you are missing,try another media player - quicktime is best for avi

This is a DivX file, which is a type of AVI. Download the player here http://www.divx.com/divx/play/ . This will be all you need.
